Bruce Carlson

Bio

Bruce is responsible for construction, development, and project management. He is accomplished and knowledgeable in construction, civil engineering, architecture, and site planning, as well as the municipal development process in the areas of retail, multifamily, and healthcare. He has proven track record leading complex real estate developments throughout the U.S. totaling over five million square feet of development.

His career began in 1984 as VP of Real Estate for Video Update where he developed over 600 units across the U.S. and Canada. From there he spent the next 11 years as VP of Development with United Properties. Prior to joining Launch Properties, Bruce developed numerous projects as VP for Doran Companies.

Bruce has an impressive portfolio of work and his projects have won numerous awards, including: MSCA Best Development Process for Whole Foods in Edina, MN; for Argonne Village in Lakeville, MN; and for Andover Station, Andover, MN; and Best Redevelopment for The Shoppes at Lyndale Green. He is a past president of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), and has already been inducted into the MSCA Hall of Fame.
