Veteran Twin Cities real estate developer Scott Moe has joined Minneapolis-based Launch Properties as senior vice president. He will oversee development of industrial, retail and health care projects.

He will help assess speculative development opportunities and pursue build-to-suit projects with corporate clients, said Principal Mark Nordland, who co-founded Launch in 2011 with Dan Regan.

Moe most recently was a senior executive with CSM Corp. in Minneapolis and before that was a developer in the Twin Cities with Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp. He’s also worked at United Properties, Towle Real Estate and Hoyt Development.

Launch Properties has been busy lately, especially with its L&H Station development, a $150 million mixed-use project under construction at Lake Street and Hiawatha Avenue in Minneapolis.

The company just sold a $22 million, four-building suburban Twin Cities portfolio of health care assets to Physician’s Real Estate Trust and The Davis Group.
